Simply Spotless Solutions NEVER uses harmful chemicals or cleaners when cleaning your business or home! With alergies and health conditons on the rise we do all we can to use the safest, biodegradeable products to ensure the safest possible cleaning process.

Yes absolutely! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that we stick by, if you are not happy with our job we will do whatever nessesary to ensure you are! Please call us if you are unhappy with the quality of our work within 24 hours following the cleaning. If necessary, we will return the next business day to correct the cleaning.
Can I Use Multiple 15% OFF Refferal Discounts For A Single Job?
No sadly you cannot stack refferal bonuses! You may only use one per clean! However there is absolutely no limit to the amount of Refferal Discounts you can recieve and they DO NOT expire!
Does Your Company Work On Evenings And Weekends?
Yes we do! We have very flexible scheduling available for busy customers or customers under specific time constraints. Please let us know what days and times work best for you and we will try our best to fit everything in!
What If Something Is Damaged When My Home/Business Is Being Cleaned?
Although we take the most care when cleaning your home and its very uncommon, sometimes accidents do happen. If breakage or damage happens as a result of our cleaning we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced if repairing is not possible.
What Time Will The Cleaning Crew Get The My House/Business?
Our regular workdays are from 8:00am to 8:00pm (however we do accommodate outside of that timeframe depending on your situation). Sometimes it is not possible to arrive at exact time of an appointment (some jobs run over or traffic is a problem), but we will make every effort to ensure that we arrive as close to the booked time as possible. If the maids are delayed by more than 30 minutes we will call you. If for any reason our maids cannot make it and we don't have another cleaning team available we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
What Should I Do About My Security System?
Please ensure that it is in "off", or unarmed, position prior to our arrival. You may also provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave.
Where Is My Key Kept Between Appointments?
If your key is not returned to you after your clean then your key will be tagged with a code for our reference; it is not identified with your name or address. The key is given to your cleaning crew on the day of the cleaning and returned to the office where it is kept secure between appointments.
Do I Need To Be Home When The Maids Come?
It is not necessary for you to be home, all of our staff are fully insured, bonded and criminal record checked for your peace of mind. For ease of access we request that you provide us with a key. If you do not provide us with a key and we cannot access your home for a scheduled appointment, you may incur a lockout charge.
Do I Need To Purchase Any Special Supplies Or Equipment?
No, your cleaning team will bring everything with them. You only need to provide them with a vacuum cleaner, however, if you do not have one we will bring our own. If you do have any of your own preferred products, please let us know and we will be happy to use them.
